It's been 51 years since you founded Binibining Pilipinas pageant our beloved Madaam Stella Marquez-Araneta.
Period of years that catapulted the beauty of a Filipina as one of the finest and most competitive in the world of beauty pageants.
Yes you gave the very first Miss International crown to your country Colombia in 1960 but after that historic victory you came to the Philippines and gave us more international crowns.

Under your chairmanship, we have 2 Miss Universe winners, 4 Miss International winners, 1 Miss Supranational winner and numbers of international crowns and placements.
Under your chairmanship, beauty pageants have evolved into a deeper meaning as part of the Filipino culture.
Under your chairmanship, Philippine beauties seemed to have perfected the formula of shining in the international beauty pageants.
Under your chairmanship, Filipino pageant fans are becoming more involved and more supportive to our queens every year
And under your chairmanship, world-class Filipino designers are becoming more expressive and eager to share their creation unselfishly with our queens every year.
With your permission and lenient consideration Madam,
PLEASE lend your trust again to our numerous Filipino designers who are very much willing to help you with providing fabulous wardrobe for our girls.
We have concentration of top-caliber Filipino designers whose designs can compete along with the best creation in the world.
PLEASE give them the chance.
As Miss Philippines Mary Jean Lastimosa is to compete for the 3rd Miss Universe crown for our country by next month,
PLEASE take a look around you Madam because Filipino designers are just out there to render their help and dress our queen if you relent them your permission.
Again, our sincerest thanks for unwavering, undying and amazing passion and dedication for the Filipina beauty queens for more than 5 decades and still counting.
Philippines would not be called as another Pageant Powerhouse of the World if you are not with us Madam Stella Marquez-Araneta.
