Dairy Queen Philippines and Binibining Pilipinas Gives Back this Christmas

It has been a wonderful year for Dairy Queen Philippines from successful launching of their Blizzard of the Month including Cadbury, Nutella & Reeses to introducing new product innovation such as Ice Burst and Fruity Summer Sundae. Dairy Queen Philippines also made a mark when they emerged as the champion for the 1st time and bagged 2nd runner-up in Dairy Queen International Chillympics. DQ has more than 75 stores in the Philippines serving delectable high quality Ice Cream ti all its fans.

Another first for Dairy Queen this 2014 is the launch of their first thematic campaign, Fun EveryDairy which features “Dairy Queen Philippines also unveiled their newest faces – the Binibining Pilipinas beauties: Bb. Pilipinas Supranational 2014 Yvethe Santiago, Bb. Pilipinas International 2014 ianca Guidotti and Bb. Pilipinas Universe 2014 MJ Lastimosa.



Continuing this journey is MJ Lastimosa who is set to compete for Miss Universe pageant in USA in January 2015. As a way of giving thanks, MJ along with the other Bb. Pilipinas queens will take part in making 50 kids from the Diocese of Novaliches Pastoral Care for Women and Children happy in DQ’s Queens Give Back This Christmas event by giving them school items and new shoes.

With the continuous support of DQ fans, Dairy Queen Philippines will always look forward in sharing love and joy and returning the blessings to those who needed it most.

If it's a battle of wit and credentials, Jerelleen Rodriguez will easily snatch the main crown or any of the titles.

She will surely leave you at awe with what she has to offer. This lass from Nasugbu, Batangas is a Cum laude graduate with a degree in BS Business Administration and Accountancy from the UP Diliman and a Certified Public Accountant who placed sixth in the October 2013 CPA board licensure examination. She is also a Professor at the University of the Philippines - Diliman for the Department of Accounting and Finance while studying law at the UP College of Law.



Aside from all of these, she is also a member of the National Union of People’s Lawyers, a Chief Finance Officer, MGC Holdings, Inc., an angel investment hub and an education advocate.

Miss Venezuela Pageant Suspended Amid Prostitution and Corruption Scandal

The organization behind Miss Venezuela’s iconic beauty pageant is under investigation for possible misconduct of its contestants following claims of prostitution and corruption throughout the organization.
Former Miss Venezuela contestants, posted on social media insinuating other contestants had romantic relationships with corrupt businessmen and officials.
"Given the events recently described on social media ... a decision has been made to begin an internal review to determine if anyone linked (to the pageant), during the course of their involvement, violated the values and ethics of the contest," the Miss Venezuela Organization said in a statement.
Miss Venezuela is owned by the wealthy Venezuelan Cisneros family.
