Martinique Beauty Wins Miss Global International 2014

The 18 year-old, Martinique-born beauty queen Anne-Sophie Ribesois, bowled over the magistrates during the final night of Miss Global International Pageant at RIU, Montego Bay Jamaica and was crowned Miss Global International 2014 surpassing 17 other delegates at the 10th annual party of the said event last December 6,2014.

She also reaped, Best Figure and Most Aware candidate. Keasy Myrie of Panama bagged the 1st runner-up and Best in Costume, 2nd runner-up is Syndia Saint Jour from Haiti.

Lachu Ramchandani , pageant organizer plans of moving the international pageant overseas and has been making international trips to look for the country to host next year.

The main cause of the pageant is Uniting the World through Tourism with Beauty. Miss Global International or  formerly named Miss Commonwealth Beauty Pageant attracts ladies with intelligence, poise, awareness, wonderful personalities and drive. It started in 2005 and has been a success since then, with its contestants gaining recognition both locally and abroad.

She won the head to head challenge. She also penetrated the Top model, Multimedia, People's Choice and the Beauty with a Purpose fast track events.
In second place is France's Aurore Kichenin. This lass presented herself stunningly in the competition. Winning the head to head challenge gave her an automatic place to be a semi-finalist.

Miss World 2017: Live Stream

Miss World 2017 grand finale will start in a few hours. The 67th edition of the Miss World pageant will be held at Sanya City Arena, China, and about 120 contestants are participating this year. The annual event will see Miss World 2016 winner Puerto Rico's Stephanie Del Valle crown the new queen. Of the 118 contestants taking part in the event, the top 40 will be chosen following public voting, fast-track events and judges vote that kick-started early this month.
