Mister United Continent and Mister United Continent Philippines 2015


The fist ever Mister United Continent competition will be held next year sometimes in May. This is one of the newest male pageant today which is based in Manila, Philippines.

The organization is inviting all National Directors all over the world to join and participate in this pageant. You may contact them at misterunitedcontinent@gmail.com . Humanitarian Service is the core metier. 

 If you want to join, "One of the requirements for each candidate is to send a 2 to 5 minute video of themselves with their advocacy campaign promoting and doing help with his less fortunate brothers and sisters in their country. For example, if his advocacy is feeding program for the less fortunate children, it should be filmed and he will explain on what he did to organize such advocacy campaign. The best candidate with a good advocacy campaign and a very natural video will be judged as “BEST IN HUMANITY SERVICE” award and will be fast tracked to the semifinals."



Mister United Continent Philippines is already accepting applicants for screening which will happen on January 24,2015. Qualifications should be; Single and never been married and don't have child/children, should be 18-27 years old by the time of International competition, at least high school graduate and of good moral character, must be good looking and in good health, must have an excellent communication skills, minimum required is 5'9" or 175.3 cm.

If it's a battle of wit and credentials, Jerelleen Rodriguez will easily snatch the main crown or any of the titles.

She will surely leave you at awe with what she has to offer. This lass from Nasugbu, Batangas is a Cum laude graduate with a degree in BS Business Administration and Accountancy from the UP Diliman and a Certified Public Accountant who placed sixth in the October 2013 CPA board licensure examination. She is also a Professor at the University of the Philippines - Diliman for the Department of Accounting and Finance while studying law at the UP College of Law.



Aside from all of these, she is also a member of the National Union of People’s Lawyers, a Chief Finance Officer, MGC Holdings, Inc., an angel investment hub and an education advocate.


Aren't these enough for her to win any of the crowns?

Miss Venezuela Pageant Suspended Amid Prostitution and Corruption Scandal

The organization behind Miss Venezuela’s iconic beauty pageant is under investigation for possible misconduct of its contestants following claims of prostitution and corruption throughout the organization.
Former Miss Venezuela contestants, posted on social media insinuating other contestants had romantic relationships with corrupt businessmen and officials.
"Given the events recently described on social media ... a decision has been made to begin an internal review to determine if anyone linked (to the pageant), during the course of their involvement, violated the values and ethics of the contest," the Miss Venezuela Organization said in a statement.
Miss Venezuela is owned by the wealthy Venezuelan Cisneros family.
