Bb. Pilipinas 2015, A year of Returnees ?

The searing is on for Bb. Pilipinas 2015! After BPCI moved the application date to an earlier schedule due to Papal visit in the Philippines most of the pageant followers shared their bets for the next Bb. Pilipinas 2015 crown holders; Bb. Pilipinas Universe, Bb. Pilipinas International, Bb. Pilipinas Supranational and Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental.

It is to note that this year's pageant would be the year of returnees if speculations are true.

Bb. Pilipinas 2012 runner-up, Ali Forbes
Ali Forbes, Bb. Pilipinas runner-up 2012 will again prove her mettle this year. She proved her worth in an international stage when she competed for Miss Grand International 2013 and won 3rd runner-up. Ali filed her application already.

Bb. Pilipinas 2013 runner-up, Pia Wurztbach
Never say never! Bb. Pilipinas 2013 runner-up and Bb. Pilipinas 2014 semi-finalist did file her application too, according to her fan page. Will Pia have the same fate as Mj? Let's wait and see.

Bb. Pilipinas 2011 contestant, Bernadette Aguirre
Bernadette Aguirre, Bb. Pilipinas 2011 contestant, who a year after joined Miss Philippine Earth and won the Miss Philippines Earth-Tourism 2013 crown will also join the circle of returnees.

Bb. Pilipinas 2012 semi-finalist, Pat Ejercitado
She is always a favorite but never been a winner not even a runner-up. What went wrong? Camp affiliation? After her Bb. Pilipinas 2010, Bb. Pilipinas 2012 and Miss World Philippines 2013 semi-finalist finished, will Patricia Lae Ejercitado clinch one of the crowns this year as she is rumored to be one of the returnees?

Bb. Pilipinas 2013 contestant and Bb. Pilipinas 2014 runner-up, Hanna Sison will also join this year's pageant for the 3rd time around ( 3 consecutive years ). What crown is up to her?

A UP Professor eyes to be Miss World Philippines 2018

If it's a battle of wit and credentials, Jerelleen Rodriguez will easily snatch the main crown or any of the titles.

She will surely leave you at awe with what she has to offer. This lass from Nasugbu, Batangas is a Cum laude graduate with a degree in BS Business Administration and Accountancy from the UP Diliman and a Certified Public Accountant who placed sixth in the October 2013 CPA board licensure examination. She is also a Professor at the University of the Philippines - Diliman for the Department of Accounting and Finance while studying law at the UP College of Law.

Aside from all of these, she is also a member of the National Union of People’s Lawyers, a Chief Finance Officer, MGC Holdings, Inc., an angel investment hub and an education advocate.

Aren't these enough for her to win any of the crowns?

She only has not the gift of gab and wit but of beauty as well.

Igorota Queen's vying for the World

A 22 year-old Communication graduate from the University of Baguio hopes to be Miss World Philippines 2018.

Joemay Leo, an Igorota Queen from Tuba, Benguet made it to the official list of candidates of  this year's Miss World Philippines.

Leo doesn't have the drive in joining pageants when she was  younger not until she was chosen  to represent the high school department  for Miss University of Baguio 2011 which she later won. At 15, she had her first crown and the passion to join pageants was born where she reaped; Miss Tuba 2014, Miss Benguet 2014 first runner-up, Miss Baguio 2015 third runner-up and Miss Cordillera 2016.

She was an active student leader when she was still studying. In fact, she was awarded AY Foundation National Discipline awardee, JCI Youth Leadership Excellence awardee, Gerry Roxas Leadership awardee. Currently, she is serving as an SK Kagawad of her barangay.
