Guymer, said that his fiancee is being happy and supportive to his plans too in entering the pageant world.

'I don't really know what to expect, I think that there is a round on questions about the economy as well as talents and modelling.
'They're definitely looking for more than just good looks and I'm just hoping to see how it goes. If I can win it then obviously that would be great.I know Nina didn't make it herself but she's happy for me and been really supportive. She's definitely on board.' He said.

Guymer has a masters degree in furniture and product design and is currently working as a building surveyor at Central Manchester University Hospitals.

'If it turns into anything then I'd be happy to pursue it, but at the moment I'm just happy to keep doing what I'm doing. We'll see how it goes.' He added.

He now has his eyes set on the national award and will battle it out with 11 other contestants at the Riviera Centre in Torquay, Devon, in June. If he grabs the ultimate prize then he will jet off to sunny Mauritius to take on the best from across the globe in the Mr World competition.
