Tell us a little about yourself, your family background, education?

I'm Neil Kervin Regis from the municipality of Malasiqui, Pangasinan, 23 years old. Fourth of seven siblings. I was raised by my loving mother and father, Erlinda and Arnold Regis. An incoming 4th year, taking up Bachelor of Science in Nursing but I stopped due to financial disability. But I still have plans of continuing my studies, hopefully next semester.

How did you become interested in pageants?

My brother inspires me, that's where my interest started. I look up to him. I am so proud of him especially when he ramps on the stage. Also, some of my friends are pushing me to join pageants too, but the major reason I join is that I want to make my parents proud. I am so thankful to God for giving me parents like them. (Smile emoticon)

How does it feel to represent Malasiqui, Pangasina in Mister United Continents Philippines 2016?

I am so proud to represent my hometown Malasiqui, Pangasinan in Mister United Continents Philippines, even though our municipality is not that big or known, this municipality plays a big role in what I am now. People here are so hospitable, kind, approachable and happy. The warm support of the people here motivates me to give my best foot forward as I compete in this prestigious pageant. I know I have God with me.

Give three adjectives that your friends would use to describe you.

My friends describe me as tall ,dark and handsome. (Laughs)

Tell us about one life-changing experience in your life.

One life changing experience in my life is when I lured in different places; Bangui Windmills, Batac, Ilocos, etc. I have worked for my relatives. I sell buko juice, peanuts, minerals, RTWs, a waiter in a small restaurant and a carrier of heavy loads. I did all these to earn money for a living and to support our studies. Because of these, I learned to be hardworking, efficient and productive. I am not shy to tell my story because I know that there's nothing to be ashamed about it. I'm proud of it!

Name three things that you would never do.

Three things that I would never do is to kill people, disrespect my parents and to have other God beyond our true loving God.

What do you like to do for fun?

I want family and relatives reunion. (smile emoticon)

Tell us a little bit about Malasiqui, Pangasinan. What makes your diffrent from other places?

Malasiqui is a great municipality for me I think the best thing that I observed in our town are the residents because people in our town are so generous and hospitable with their visitors and people here are happy persons because they can still smile even though they have problems.

How would you describe your advocacy to the judges?

My advocacy is about health education among all Filipinos. Proper information dissemination and implementations about health.  Because a healthy community as well as healthy individuals – is a key both to the thinking behind the Healthy Cities/Healthy Communities concept, and to actually developing healthy communities. It calls for a commitment on the part of all sectors of the community, particularly the government.

Boxers or Briefs?

I'm more comfortable with boxers but i can wear brief if really necessary.

Blue or Pink?

Both, because I like blue and pink is the color for love of God.

Piolo Pascual or Derek Ramsay?

Both, they very good actors.

Angel Locsin or Anne Curtis?

Angel because she looks angelic and simple.

Message to your supporters, friends and family.

I thank everyone for supporting me in this prestigious pageant. I will do my very best to be the next Mister United Continents Philippines.
