“I had my first go at yoga about a year ago, and since then I try to practice it once a week. It is a way in which I can channel energies and it helps me find a state of deep relaxation.” she said.

“ I also like to perform meditation in a naturistic setting, with fresh air all around me. I also find relaxation in some outdoor sports.” she added.

Maria Harfanti (Miss Indonesia 2015 & Miss World 2015 2nd Runner Up) joined Mireia at Yoga Fest, pictured here with one of the instructors.

“The positive energy of the local people! They are always grateful and kind with everybody. My favourite place was definitely Tanah Lot. We were so lucky to see a Balinese ceremony which is only held every six months. It was a special thing to witness.” she said when asked about what is her favourite thing about Bali.
