Peru's Joshua Soto wins Mr. Golden Universe 2016

Joshua Soto of Peru was named Mr. Golden Universe 2016 during the finals held May 28 in Manaus, Brazil. Soto bested other delegates from around the globe.

Soto, right after he was proclaimed as winner.

Jay Daniel Chuong, a mountaineer from Davao who won the rights to represent his country last April 24, 2016 during the finals of Mister United Continents Philippines finished first runner-up.

Host delegate, Felipe Beriba who works at Leo Burnette Tailor Made finished second runner-up.

The pageant was held in Manaus, Brazil on 24-29 of May 2016.
