TPQ's Miss World 2018 Week 2 Power Rankings

In just a week we shall see the crowning of the new Miss World in Sanya, China. While there are a few ladies who are gaining momentum, we still believe that it could be anybody's game.

Our list has changed a bit, but there's someone who remains on top and we can say that the stars are aligning in her favor.

Still leading the pack is France's Maëva Coucke. Winning the Top Model fast-track challenge has secured her this spot. She has also shown consistency with her style and a-game. She's definitely a force to be reckoned with comes final night.

Not far behind and in second place is 21 year-old Kanako Date of Japan. She will surely benefit from winning the Talent competition. This lass is studying Political Science. She speaks seven languages; Japanese, English, Spanish, Italian, German, French & Korean. Kanako's sweet face could bring the front runners a run for their money.

Placing third in our list is Trinidad and Tobago's Ysabel Bisnath who is working as an Attorney-at-Law. She dreams to work for an International Organization. Shouldn't it be time for this dual-island in the Caribbean to win another Miss World crown?

Coming next is Thulisa Keyi of South Africa. She works as Senior Accountant and would like to continue in her field and one day run her own investment company. She hopes to be at the forefront of change and empowerment. She also wants to enforce economic participation of women and youth and plans to achieve this through education.

Making it to the elite circle of five is the People's Republic of China. Peirui Mao holds a Master’s degree and is currently the co-founder and CEO of an Education Technology start up Company. She dreams of becoming a leader in the field of Education. She has also taken part in 10 championships in Speech in China.
